A property portal for Montenegro with a tool-using AI assistant that understands plain-language questions, searches listings semantically and turns requests into filters. Computer vision places navigation hotspots in 360° virtual tours automatically, and self-hosted geocoding resolves Montenegrin addresses.

Case, client, hearing, deadline and document management with a legal AI assistant that answers from Montenegrin legislation and case law and always cites its sources.

Reads the support inbox, classifies each message and answers from a knowledge base (RAG), turning uncertain cases into drafts or escalating them to operators. A multilingual marketplace for cars, parts, tyres and farm machinery in Montenegro and the region. AI drafts listings from uploaded photos, translates them and reads vehicle documents, with dedicated panels for buyers, dealers and administrators.
Tourism portal with AI content in 14 languages
A portal for destinations, events, restaurants, bookings and virtual tours. An AI pipeline writes magazine-style content in Montenegrin and translates it into 14 languages, an admin AI agent builds destination pages and blog posts, and publishing is scheduled automatically.
