ProCode is an IT company based in Podgorica, Montenegro, providing the following services:

Respect agreed deadlines for providing materials

4. Payment Terms

Service prices are agreed individually for each project
Payment is made according to the agreed schedule (advance, installments, or upon completion)
All prices are in euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed
Invoices are due within 15 days of the issue date, unless otherwise agreed
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend work on the project

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the procode.me website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software code, is the property of ProCode or its partners and is protected by copyright laws.

Code and design created for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment
ProCode retains the right to use the project for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed
Third-party libraries and frameworks are subject to their own licenses

6. Limitation of Liability

ProCode is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (hosting providers, internet connection)
Loss of data or revenue resulting from use or inability to use our services
Third-party content referenced from our website

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

7. Warranty and Support

All projects come with a 30-day warranty period after delivery
During the warranty period, we fix bugs in the delivered solution free of charge
Changes and additions not part of the original requirements are not covered by warranty
Extended support and maintenance are contracted separately

8. Termination

Either party may terminate cooperation with 15 days written notice
In case of termination, the client is obligated to pay for work performed up to the termination date
ProCode is obligated to deliver all materials completed up to that point

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Montenegro. For all disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement, the competent court is in Podgorica, Montenegro.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on this page.
